Made this today as I had some celery and cauliflower to use up. Turned out really great!
Half a cauliflower, and a head of celery, all chopped into bitesize pieces. Fry in some oil for a few minutes while stirring - use a big pot.
Add vegetable stock - I used two cubes with plenty water to cover the veg.
Add herbs and spices - I used two teaspoons of lazy garlic and one of lazy chilli. Also salt, pepper to taste, and a few dashes of Worchester sauce. Sprinkle in a little mixed herbs.
Simmer for at least half an hour and it's ready to go! Guaranteed you will want more :-)
